CDU Men's Northern Territory Top End Series is back in 2023

NT Cricket are thrilled to announce that a packed 2023 Cricket 365 Program will conclude with the return of the CDU Men’s Top End T20 Series, powered by Dafabet.  

Beginning on Sunday 30 July, this year’s series will see 5 teams join the NT Strike and battle it out across 16 action packed T20s and 8 days of cricket at DXC Arena, TIO Stadium and the picturesque Gardens Oval.  

Each team will play 5 fixtures during the round robin, getting the opportunity to play each opponent once. The top two teams will then face off in the Final on Sunday 6 August.  

Teams and the full fixture list will be unveiled throughout the week, with 1 team announced each day.

Cricket 365 is a winter cricket concept showcasing the next generation of Australian players seeking to become professional and international cricketers. The CDU Men’s Top End T20 Series is the marquee event that adds international teams and players and further showcases the Territory to a global audience.  

NT Head of Cricket Darren Treumer said it was exciting to be putting the Senior Men’s NT Strike side back on the park again.  

“Knowing the standard and caliber of visiting teams that are coming this year. This is going to be a very exciting opportunity for our players.  

“We’ll finalise our coaching staff this week, and I’m looking forward to working with them to select the team.  

“I’m confident from what I have seen in the CDU Men’s Strike League that we’re going to be a very competitive outfit.  

“Come Sunday 30 July at Gardens Oval. We’ll be ready.”
