In the 1989-90 Sydney Grade Cricket Final Gordon District Cricket Club played hosts to Balmain Cricket Club at Killara Oval.
Sadly, not a ball was bowled in the final due to rain, and as Gordon finished higher up on the ladder after the preliminary rounds, Gordon won the Belvidere Cup and the first-grade premiership.
