As a left arm orthodox spinner Murray played 3 Tests for Australia and in 67 first class games took 157 wickets. Murray played for St George in NSW Premier Cricket and took 485 wickets and is a very proud member of the St George District Cricket club team of the century. A team that includes Don Bradman, Arthur Morris, Ray Lindwall and Bill O’Reilly.
Murray is a terrific spin bowling coach and in this chat we ask some questions about spin bowling tactics and strategies and the importance of field placements and the role of a captain from the eyes and mind of a spinner
