Muhammad Irfan Jnr has led the Western Suburbs first grade bowling attack for several seasons.
'Mo' always challenges the best batters in NSW Premier Cricket with his pace, accuracy and endurance and is highly respected. He recently became an Australian citizen, and the club has high hopes for Mo leading into the 2023-24 season.

Right arm fast medium. I enjoy hitting a long ball with the bat.
You’re now and Australian citizen, what are you goals for your cricket in Australia?
I’m very keen to play first class and representative cricket in Australia.
What are your strengths as a fast bowler?
My endurance in being able to sustain my pace for long spells and being able to make the batsman play.
What do you enjoy most about playing cricket?
I love playing cricket to challenge myself.

I want to win more games for Western Suburbs, be the top wicket taker in NSW and play first class cricket.
