Echo Cricket | October 16, 2024
Cricket is a physically demanding game between bat and ball, but it’s much more than just physical endurance. With games often lasting longer than most sports, cricket is also a mental challenge. Australian cricket legend Dennis Lillee once reportedly said, "Cricket is 10% skill and 90% mental."
Today, we're joined by Mindset Coach Dan Rixon, Dan is the founder of Prime Mind Coaching knows cricket inside and out and has a deep connection to the game. His father Steve played test cricket for Australia and Dan also had an outstanding career as a wicketkeeper. He holds the record for the most first-grade dismissals (441) and the most first-grade games (276) for Sutherland District Cricket Club in NSW Premier Cricket.
