All award winners for season 2022/23 for Country Cricket NSW have been determined. Congratulations to the following people:

·       Female Country Player of the Year (Alex Blackwell Medal) – Jodie Hicks (Riverina)

·       Male Country Player of the Year (Josh Hazelwood Medal) – Matt Everett (Western)

·       Kookaburra Youth Player of the Year Female – Kate McTaggart (Newcastle)

·       Kookaburra Youth Player of the Year Male – Angus Campbell (Greater Illawarra)

·       Country Umpires of the Year (Kevin Pye Medal) – Dave Cullen (Greater Illawarra) - awarded at the NSWCUSA Annual Dinner

·       Country Coach of the Year (John MacMahon Award) – Garth Dean (Western)

·       Country Curators of the Year – Paul Deaves and John Rainger (Central Coast – Tuggerah Sporting Complex)

·       Contribution to Country Cricket Award – Wes Giddings – Dubbo Regional Council (Western)
