Dinesha Devnarain is a pioneering female cricket coach operating in the field of High Performance in South Africa where she is the first female to coach the Cricket SA U19 High Performance Team. In this episode we hear how Dinesha first got involved with coaching in Primary Schools and how she has progressed her coaching over the years. We also learn what she has kept with her as coaching values throughout her career to date and what new things she has put in place including hearing about her Culture Document.
