Yuva Parivartan KSWA is the heartbeat of the Kherwadi Social Welfare Association and since 2012 we've supported Yuva Parivartan's Livelihood Development Centres.

Over the last 24 years, YuvaParivartan KSWA has been a beacon of hope, enhancing the employability of over 1.25 million underprivileged youth and women through tailor-made urban and rural livelihood training programs.

Yuva Parivartan's courses, spanning 15-90 days, are strategically crafted with flexible timings, practical training, and technology integration, aiming to empower students to earn a livelihood with stability swiftly.

The support system, including field counsellors, community leaders, trainers, and local livelihood providers, ensures a robust network for our beneficiaries.
