North Sydney Cricket Club won the 1985-86 Sydney Grade Cricket First Grade Limited Over competition when they defeated St George in the final on the 9 March 1986.

As the Sydney Grade 1985-86 Limited Over Premiers North Sydney played ACT who won the 1985-86 NSW Country Limited Over Competition.

The final for the NSW State Limited Over Championships was played at Hurstville Oval on 12 October 1986.
