In the first innings of the 3rd Test Cummins had the confidence to give Murphy the ball when Stokes was in full flight and I thought he did well under pressure dismissing Stokes and taking 1 for 36 off 7.3 overs.

I’m really intrigued as to why Murphy only bowled 2 overs in the 2nd innings and now why are people seemingly ruling him out of the 4th Test and for Australia not to have a frontline spinner?
